Happy, Happy Sunny Friday Everyone!

Hooray for Sun!

It's kind of wonderful

that on a day like this
you can do any simple thing,

and it becomes more enjoyable

just because it has the gorgeous sun as a backdrop.

Today, I have a desire for a bunch of random (seemingly non-related)
songs in my grooveshark playlist this morning:

1. Somewhere Only We Know. Keane.

It was on Kurt's return to the New Directions on Glee last Tuesday

and has been in my head since.

2. Unpretty. TLC.

Yeah, olddie I know. See #1.

3. The Idea of You. DMB.

Summer state of mind.

4. God Gave Me You. Dave Barnes.

For the ups and downs. Beautiful, catchy, love it.

5. Better Than I Used to Be. Tim McGraw.

Premiered on The View Wednesday.

He is handsome and smooth as ever. Classic Tim.

6. More Like Falling in Love. Jason Gray.

I whole-heartedly agree with the message of this song-

in regards to love, faith, my life.

Check it out, please.

Ok, enough of my ramblings. Have a sunny day!

And, yes, I admit I totally indulgened in the Royal Wedding this morning.

A few tears definitely fell during my workout.

Pile

up the

SUNSHINE.

Do you ever have a day where,

for no apparent reason,

you're just especially happy?

Things just seem to be going your way

-and even when they don't-

you don't seem to mind nearly as much

as you might have on a less sunny day.

Enjoy your goodbye to March!

(And prepare some good jokes for tomorrow)

Look how they shine for you.
It's kind of wonderful, that sentiments have a way
of repeatedly popping up
exactly when you need to hear them.

Sometimes, things need to fall apart for
better things to take their place.

One day, you'll realize why it never worked out with anyone else.

Everything will be ok. Head up, chin up.
Go get 'em tiger!

Happy Friday to all!!

It's kind of wonderful:

That 5 minutes outside can make your whole day sunnier
(have I mentioned I love the city at Christmastime?)

That baking and a Christmas movie
sounds like the perfect night to me.

when people go out of their way just to say hello to you
and ask how your day is going

to spy that someone is also listening to the
Glee Christmas soundtrack next to you on the bus

to drop a Kiss in a cup of coffee.
just because.

And here's something that's ALWAYS wonderful...
I LOVE when Postsecret
makes my heart happy.

Good Morning, Good Afternoon, and Goodnight...

If something is twisted, untangle it.
Start with individual pieces; twirl the little parts around the larger ones.
Take hold of one piece, then wiggle weave wrap it through the loops.
Don't focus your entire energy on the overall,
and don't let the minor setbacks surmount your gain-instead, abandon them.
Know that you may have to make tangles along the way to 'untangled'.
Accept that we learn from all attempts.
So make mistakes. And learn from them. And keep working. Keep untangling.
You'll find that there's something kind of wonderful about being knotted and breaking free.

Let the sun into your life today.
A beautiful picture to inspire you on this beautiful, hump-day morning.

I know it's a funny little thing,
but I whole-heartedly believe that
sun has the power to brighten your day
(in more than one way).

Today is for:
$2 Lattes
Greek Mythology
Peanut butter sandwiches
and...
Kenny!

Florida was amazing.
It's astounding what a week of friends, sun, and relaxation can do to your spirit.

My daily routine: sleep in
work out
read/ipod/sleep by the pool
happy hour
out to dinner-and out
equals..
I WISH every day could be this wonderfully...

Perfect.

Hoping everyone had a wonderfully warm and fun Spring Break!

Ever get that feeling that everything is going right in your life?
I catch myself wondering what would happen if suddenly something threatened that.
Then I remember, I already know; it's something better.
Something too great to imagine now, but something that resembles
that can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, home-run kind of wonderful.
